Mrs. Evelyn Abena Warewaa Markin is a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Miracle Wave Int Mrs. Markin is an Educationist and a Data Processor, with a Masters Degree in Educational Management (M. Ed.) from the University of Cape Coast (UCC), 2000. She had her first Undergraduate education from University of Science and Technology (now Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology) in Computer Data Processing (1990), then a Bachelors Degree (B Ed. Foundations) in Education from UCC (1997). Mrs Markin is also a 10% share holder of Uniex Ghana Limited. In addition she is a share holder and the Director of Administration of Creator Schools, Tema. She is currently the National President of the women's fellowship of the Church of Christ Spiritual Movement.

Mr. Andrews Quartey - (General manager Estate)

Mr. Andrews Quartey is the General Manager for Services and Project Management of Miracle Wave Int Limited.

Mr. Quartey is an Architect by profession and holds a Post graduate Diploma in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science B. Sc. (Hons) Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

Mr. Quartey is a member of the Ghana Institute of Architects (no 364). He is also an associate partner of the Architectural Design Partnership (ADP). He is married with five children.

His working experience includes;

* 2005 to date, Managing Cidecon Coupples curtain wall installation on a 16 storey office complex and a four storey complex block;

* 2004 to date, Supervision of the renovation of the Head-Office block of Cocoa Board – 6 storey;

* January 1998, Supervision and Co-ordination of various site meetings etc. as the Site Architect of the 17-storey Office Complex for SSNIT at the Ambassadorial Area, near Cedi House, Accra;

* As the Project Architect with ADP he undertook the defining and briefing of site reps on their scope of work for optimum results.

* March 1997, Assessment of the American Embassy residential property for IMF for recommendation and appraisal.

* 1994-1995, Senior Architect with Architectural Design Partnership and saw to the preparation of measured drawings and schedule of defects for Rural Health Training Schools; .

* 1993, Technical and Financial Proposal for Ghana-Denmark Health Sector Support Progrmme.

Mr. Yao Edem-Bogam - (General Manager Admin.)

Mr. Yao Edem-Bogam formerly known as Evans Edem Dadjo is the Communications and Research Manager of Miracle Wave Int Limited. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the Patrice Lumumba University now Russian Peoples Friendship University in 1993.

Mr. Edem- Bogam formerly as Mr. Dadjo holds also a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism

(International Journalism minor) and Interpreter’s Diploma in Russian to English and is proficient in English, French and Russian Languages as well as other local Languages.

His Working experience Included:

* 1994-1996, Mr. Dadjo worked as the Advertising Manager for the PONYEDELNYK Magazine of Moscow. His main responsibilities included the planning and coordination of advertising sales programmes of the company. Assist in the drawing-up of annual promotional programmes to maintain and enhance the public image of the company.

Developed the coupon system for the clientele of the Advertising Department of PONYEDELNYK.

Trained advertising executives in the drawing-up of the daily activity table and the use of cold call mechanism.

Prepared bi-monthly reports of the Department and advised the Editorial Board on the trend and evolving paradigms in the advertising industry to ensure optimum results.

Assisted the committee responsible for the maintenance of firewall between the Advertising Department and the Editorial.1997-1998, Mr. Borgam was the Assistant Director at the Information Culture and Linguistic Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Accra. He assisted the Director of the bureau to develop, evaluate and execute public relations programmes to acquaint the public with the services of the Ministry.

He was in charge of all overseas training programmes of the Ministry approved by the Ministry of Finance.Mr. Dadjo served as the Interpreter of the bureau in French and Russian. At the Information, Culture and Linguistic Department, he prepared essays in answer to questions emanating from students of Institutions of higher learning and on specific questions relating to the work and function of the Ministry.Mr. Dadjo was a key organizer of the 40th Anniversary Celebrations of the establishment of bilateral/diplomatic relations between Ghana and the former Soviet Unio Other responsibilities included organizing and coordinating the signing of all bilateral agreements at the Ministry.With the assistance of the Director of the Bureau, Mr. Dadjo prepared briefs for the Minister occasionally. Processed all Despatches of the Ministry, analysed incoming correspondences and redirected them appropriately to the various Ghanaian Missions abroad.1999-2001, Mr. Borgam worked as a Senior Reporter at the HIGHSTREET JOURNAL and was the Desk Head of foreign news at THIS WEEK news-magazine, a sister publication of same. Responsibilities included;

Producing complex reports, editing news stories and articles and evaluation of Breaking- News and to conduct in-depth interviews.

Covered the Operation Desert Fox of the US and the allied forces during the the Gulf war.

Monitored and covered the Clinton Impeachment Scandal.

Monitored and covered the Sierra Leone civil war with complex reports and conducted an in-depth interview with an RUF (Revolutionary United Front) activist on the said war. Monitored and covered occasionally some international sports Mike Tyson fight against the Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson law suit against former promoter Don King etc.

Mr. Bolgam also represented the HIGHSTREET JOURNAL at the CIVITAS seminar and workshop organised by the USIAD for the stakeholders of governance issues and democracy held at the Martin Luther-King Jr. Library , Accra.

Mr. Francis Kwaidoo - ( General Manager Marketing & Operations)

Mr. Francis Kwaidoo is the Marketing Manager of Miracle Wave Int Limited.

Mr. Kwaidoo holds a Bachelors degree (BA Hons) in Political Science from the University of Ghana Legon. He holds three diplomas. These are Diploma in Marketing from the Chattered Institute of Marketing, UK (1995), Diploma in Programming at IDPM WANG-CSL (1991), and Diploma in Computer Science at School of Computer Studies (1988).

Other professional training received by Mr. Kwaidoo include: Training in; Know – how international (knh) – Nairobi, Kenya, 1989 at Marketing & Management Training Institute Negotiation skills, Managing your time, Selling skills, Communication skills - at Apple business Training School, Nairobi, Kenya, 1989.

His working experience includes:

* 2000 to date, Established and managed Frandix Systems; a computer and secretarial training school at Alajo, Accra. As the Chief Executive Officer he designed policies that have helped to train over 300 graduates over the period.

* 2001-2003, Worked as a Marketing Consultant for EC TECH LTD (An ICT company in Ghana). During the period assisted the company in developing new markets in Ghana and designed strategies for market penetration in the existing markets.

* 1996 -1999, Served as the General Manager of APPLEPOINT LTD. of Accra, Ghana. Was responsible for the supervision and in service training of Managers. * 1993-1996, Worked with INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED as the Corporate Sales Manager. Mr. Kwaidoo was in charge of the planning, development and execution of the company’s sales and marketing programmes. His other responsibilities included training of the Sales Executives.

* 1986-1989, Mr. Kwaidoo was the Marketing Manager at CAMELOT GH. LTD

Other Working and Professional Experiences gained by Mr. Kwaidoo include:

* Consulting services to the GRAPHIC COMMUNICATIONS GROUP in Accra, Ghana where he assisted in the computerization of the Advertising and Marketing Departments.

* Consulting services to the VRA in the upgrading of their computer base and graphic designs

* Consulting services to IKAM Ltd. (The premier security printing company in Ghana). Mr Kwaidoo assisted in setting up their computer systems for their commercial and security printing works.

* Consulting services to KPMG Peat Marwick in upgrading of their computer base.

* Consulting services to Ghana Manganese Corporation in the setting up of their computer systems.

Besides, Mr. Kwaidoo consulted in the setting up of the National Institutional Renewal Programme News magazine (NIRP News). The premier edition of a magazine which spelt out the government programme for the effective management of State Operated Enterprises (SOE) and their economic empowerment through Vision 2020. He also trained the staff of NIRP to understand and appreciate the in-house production of the magazine.
